My name is Caitlyn Williams. I am a military spouse originally from the West Coast of Newfoundland. I have lived in Cold Lake for 5 years. I started my career in Childcare back in 2017 and have been very passionate about the field! My experiences in working with children go back as early as 2014 in which I taught a mom and tot music class, which lead me to choosing a career in the field of childcare. Since then, I have branched out and taken many extra courses along the way including obtaining my Kids yoga instructor course from Peaceful babes Kids Yoga Teacher Training.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and Dog (Pepper), I enjoy travelling, camping, snowboarding, all things Christmas, and am an avid lover of  music.

I am so excited to be a part of the fantastic team here at KTO and look forward to making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Fidelia has been with us since we started our full day room back in September of 2023! 

She came to us with a ton of previous experience in childcare as well as working in a school setting. We love having her on our team!

Paulette started out with us as a casual sub, which turned into part time, and then we were able to offer her a full time term position! 

She came to us with a ton of previous experience in childcare! Paulette brings a calm to the classroom and the children love having her and we are excited she was able to join our team in a full time role!

Kaylee recently started with us in the summer of 2024. She comes with a social work background and she is in the process of gaining her ECE Levels. 

We are excited to see what the upcoming school year will bring and to watch her grow her skills in the classroom. 

Crystal started with us in a part time role in the winter and so graciously stepped into the director role for a brief period when our previous director was posted out of town and awaited Caitlyn's arrival! 

She was a true rockstar but Crystal is excited to get back into the classroom and head the Half Day rooms and meet all our new and returning kiddos!

Dee was one of our parents when her little was attending the half day program, we learned of her past experiences in childcare and markered  her down on our sub/casual list!

Now that her little is off to kinder this year we were able to secure her in our half day room for the upcoming school year. Destiny is excited to see all our kiddos in September!
